Refund & Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods must have been purchased online within the last 14 days;

  • The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received;

  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, certificates, accessories, and accompanying materials must be included;

  • The goods must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse a return if the goods:

  • Show signs of wear, use, damage, staining, odors, scratches, alterations, or cleaning;

  • Are returned without original packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, certificates, tags, or other accompanying materials;

  • Have been modified, repaired, or otherwise altered after delivery.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over;

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

In-Store Purchases

Products purchased in our physical store are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Special Orders and Personal Sourcing Services

Certain products offered by Luxy Vintage may be sourced specifically at the customer's request from third-party suppliers, official partners, certified resellers, auctions ("Special Orders").

Before a Special Order is purchased, the customer is provided with quality photos of the item, showcasing all wear signs, for the customer to understand the real condition of the item and approve the purchase.

By confirming a Special Order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The item is being sourced specifically at the customer's request;

  • The customer has reviewed and approved the photographs and condition information provided prior to purchase;

  • Vintage and pre-owned luxury goods may show signs of wear, aging, repairs, discoloration, or other imperfections consistent with their age and previous use;

  • Minor variations in color, appearance, texture, or condition that are visible in the photographs or reasonably expected for pre-owned goods shall not constitute grounds for return.

Returns of Special Orders will only be accepted where:

  • The item quality differs from the provided photos and information approved prior to purchase;

  • Significant defects exist that were not disclosed and were not reasonably visible in the photographs provided;

  • The item is determined to be inauthentic.

Special Orders may include a sourcing, procurement, authentication, or acquisition service fee charged by Luxy Vintage for identifying, securing, and obtaining the approved item from a third-party supplier, reseller, partner, or auction source.

Where such a service fee is charged, the service is considered fully performed once Luxy Vintage successfully secures the approved item on behalf of the customer. The service fee relates to services rendered and may therefore be deducted from any refund issued for the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Returns will not be accepted solely because the customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to keep the item, or considers the condition inconsistent with personal expectations where such condition was visible in the photographs or disclosed before purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
